Earlier this summer we supper clubbed atop an industrial Beaux-Arts structure overlooking downtown. But what’s it like to look up? This October we’ll have a look at the design of our transit system from below.We’ll build a communal dinner tucked away beneath the Culver City Metro in Platform Park, an urban green space of native California plantings and pathways and hard scape designed by landscape studio, Terremoto. We’ll serve a four-course menu integrating sustainably-sourced meats, edible plants and fermented foods and locally grown mushrooms with natural wine, and sparkling on flow.
